General Support Coordinator
Milestone Systems, Inc. is hiring a General Support Coordinator to join their Global Order Management team. This role involves managing requests from partners and customers, ensuring they are prioritized and directed to the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the Milestone General Support queue
- Review and prioritize incoming cases submitted through partner and customer portals
- Resolve straightforward requests when possible
- Route cases to the appropriate internal teams when specialized expertise is required
- Ensure cases are documented and tracked in Salesforce
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners regarding case status
- Help ensure the queue remains organized and cases do not stagnate
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to think critically and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
