Behavioral Health Utilization Manager - Outpatient
We are hiring a Behavioral Health Utilization Manager to support outpatient and non-24-hour diversionary behavioral health services within a managed care environment.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related Behavioral Health field
• 5–7 years of behavioral health experience within a health insurance/managed care environment
• Strong experience in utilization management and medical necessity determinations
• Active, unrestricted MA (or NH) independent licensure: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
• BCBA required for ABA-specific UM roles
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
