**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers

**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
