Part-time PKI Architect

IDR is seeking a PKI Architect to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle solutions within a prominent organization in the cybersecurity and enterprise infrastructure industry. Position Overview for the PKI Architect: • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise PKI solutions across multiple projects • Define and implement certificate lifecycle management strategies • Serve as the technical lead for PKI deployments and platform integrations • Design and oversee implementations of PKI platforms such as Venafi, AppViewX, and Sectigo • Interface directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and provide technical recommendations Requirements for the PKI Architect: • Deep experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) in enterprise environments • Extensive hands-on experience with Venafi (highly preferred), AppViewX, Sectigo, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of TLS/SSL, X.509, and certificate authorities • Proven experience designing and leading PKI implementations at scale • Ability to translate business requirements into technical PKI solutions What's in it for you? • Competitive compensation package • Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! • Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization.
