Additionally, feel free to share your updated resume for consideration Position-Salesforce Developer Location-Remote Mandatory Skill-Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)) Contract Type: W2 only Rate: $50/HR on W2 Job Description Senior Salesforce Developer (7–12 Years’ Experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions in a compliance‑driven, regulated Salesforce environment. Key focus of this role is deep, hands‑on expertise on modern Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows) and enterprise integrations, and experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) Accounting and PSA on Salesforce. Key Responsibilities 1. Development and Customization o Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. o Implement complex workflows, triggers, and process automation to streamline business operations. o Configure and extend the capabilities in Certinia OIM, Accounting and PSA. o Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships to meet business requirements. 2. Integration Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. 3. Collaboration and Delivery o Partner with the product manager and compliance team to translate requirements into technical solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce design patterns and technical best practices. o Run design walkthroughs, demos, UAT support, and production readiness activities. o Ownership of solutions with the ability to mentor junior developers and explain business impact. Required Qualifications • 7–12 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, and Validation Rules. • Proven experience with Certinia Accounting, PSA, and OIM implementations (Strongly preferred). • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce using APIs and middleware tools. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II certification is preferred. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Salesforce features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ. • Exposure to Salesforce Gov Cloud(optional). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., SFDX, Git, Copado). • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like ADO, JIRA. • Basic understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
