[Remote] Independent Health Insurance Advisor (1099) – Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AMT Health Services is an independent health insurance brokerage focused on helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. They are seeking self-driven individuals to work with clients on coverage options and build their own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to review health coverage options
- Educate clients on ACA Marketplace plans and supplemental products
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Participate in training and development as needed
Skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) a health insurance license
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Multi-state licensing (or willingness to expand)
