In this role, you will lead the design process from initial conceptual design through construction. Join this growing team today and create outstanding interior design projects.Key Responsibilities Managing multiple client projects at different phases, shepherding the client from design development through to completion of construction/installationManaging ongoing project deliverables for clients and contractors Creating design projects in AutoCAD Finish and fixtures selections and specifications Develop design boards and other visual communication techniques to communicate an overall design concept and finish and fixture selections Ability to get clients to make decisions and move the project forward in a reasonable timeline Specifying furnishings, wall coverings, floor coverings, and other decorative elements Specifying architectural elements such as doors, windows, flooring, and millwork Manage project budgets and timelines Develop construction documents, elevation drawings, millwork drawings, plumbing and electrical schematics, details, schedules and specs Project management and administration throughout constructionQualifications Bachelor’s degree in interior design preferred 5 years of experience in the residential interior design field, including being lead on projects Proficient with AutoCADExperiencein residential design, renovations, and construction project management Knowledge of finishes, fixtures, materials and specifications and ability to meet independently with clients to discuss pricing, selections, and drawings Familiarity with residential design standards and construction processes Ability to travel to projects, industry events, etc. when needed Strong visual, oral, and written communication skills Ability to work self-sufficiently and think independentlyCompensation and Benefits Competitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits Package + Remote Working Style Remote working style Full Benefits Package – healthcare (100% covered by the employer), Life, 401K with match, Reimbursements, PTO, flexible work environment (remote working style), and more For immediate review and consideration, contact: Jordan Kravetzky - View email address on click.appcast.ioFor all active Interior Talent job listings, please visit Jobs.InteriorTalent.comWhy work with Interior Talent?
