**Your Experience at arenaflex**
At arenaflex, you'll be a career accelerator. You'll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Advocate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a high volume of small spend accounts
* Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
* Managing customer escalations and completing client communications in bulk
* Collecting product and operational feedback from customers and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
* Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
* Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
**Qualifications**
We're looking for a talented individual with the following qualifications:
* 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, support, operations, or customer success
* Gainsight experience is a plus
* Former customer-facing experience
* A strong desire to be in the technology space
* Ability to complete tasks quickly and have been highly productive in the past
* A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
* Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
* A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
* A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
* Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
