**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Car Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a Car Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers through live chat and text messaging. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with our customers will set the tone for their entire car-buying experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and personalized support
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies, helping us to improve our processes and systems
* Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting or exceeding our productivity standards
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our CRM system and other tools and technologies
**Education & Skills Required**
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, including current trends and technologies
* Must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from anywhere
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
**Work Schedule**
We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our standard schedule is as follows:
* Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
* OR
* Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of makes/models of vehicles and current trends and technologies
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with CRM systems and other software platforms
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
