- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED (or higher) is required. We also consider equivalent work experience as a valid credential, so if you've been working in customer service or a related field, we want to hear from you.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience with claims processing systems, particularly our proprietary arenaflex Claims Processing System, is highly valued. This background will give you a head start in understanding our products and serving our customers effectively.
- Professional Background: We seek candidates with 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience. This demonstrates your ability to handle the demands of a dynamic customer service environment and shows your commitment to professional growth.
- Schedule Flexibility: You must be able to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Standard Time. Flexibility is key to meeting our business needs and serving customers during their peak service hours.
