Your primary objective will be to identify product selection gaps and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players, maximize our products' selection facet, and expand our customer base. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues, provide guidance on best practices for online selling, and drive business growth through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve. * Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems, and influence key decision-makers to drive business growth. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform GTM strategies and optimize seller performance. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and drive business growth through data-driven insights. * Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in a leadership or sales role. * 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role. * 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a leadership or sales role. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence key decision-makers. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and drive business growth through data-driven insights. * Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. * Strong commercial judgment, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
