The Strategic Account Manager will also support the implementation of global sales and purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.</p><p></p><p>If you’re driven to build trusted customer partnerships that create value and drive sustainable growth —we want to meet you.</p><p></p><p><b>What can you expect to do?</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Customer Insight & Relationship Management:</b> Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the structure, culture, and needs of key customers.</p></li><li><p><b>Continuous Learning & Development:</b> Manage and facilitate own individual training, including sales, sourcing, and throughput.</p></li><li><p><b>ERP Accuracy & Data Integrity:</b> Ensure customer requirements are accurately.</p></li><li><p><b>Sales Performance & Profit Growth:</b> Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly gross profit sales goals.</p></li><li><p><b>Brand Representation & Value Communication:</b> Represent and communicate the company's culture, values, and value proposition.</p></li><li><p><b>Customer Responsiveness & Problem Solving:</b> Provide immediate and reliable solutions to customer needs.</p></li><li><p><b>Sales Documentation & CRM Discipline:</b> Complete detailed records of all sales data regarding contracts, quotations, and other customer interactions and annotate all customer touches in ERP systems.</p></li><li><p><b>Reporting & Performance Analysis:</b> Create and present periodic reports detailing customer interactions and sales/gross profit totals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What is the experience and knowledge needed to be successful in this role?</b></p><ul><li><p>4-year college degree in a sales related field.</p></li><li><p>8-12+ years of sales experience in the electronics components industry.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, account management, CRM.</p></li><li><p>Substantial product knowledge.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>The pay range for this role is $100.100 - $180.200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
