**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries
* Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely manner
* Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions
* Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
* Following up on calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
* Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional experiences
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Reliable internet connection and attendance
* Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
* Basic computer navigation skills
