**Job Responsibilities**

* Familiarizing yourself with basic auto insurance points to answer customer questions accurately

**Job Expectations**

* Have a high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router for reliable connectivity
* Be able to start immediately, with flexibility to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (9:00am-6:00pm EST)

* Uphold all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
* Pass a background check as part of the hiring process
