Job Description

Your Mission

As a Software Engineer, you are a product-driven builder embedded in on of our four domains alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data and Business stakeholders.

You design, build and operate software systems that power high-traffic, business-critical travel experiences.

You don’t just ship features — you own systems end to end and contribute directly to measurable business and customer impact.

What You’ll Do

Build high-impact solutions

  • Develop, test and deploy reliable, scalable software in a high-traffic environment, embedding AI-first capabilities

  • Break down complex problems into pragmatic solutions that deliver value fast

  • Continuously improve performance, maintainability and system reliability

Own systems end to end

  • Take responsibility for design, implementation, deployment and production operations

  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution

  • Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities

  • Ensure systems are observable, resilient and ready to scale

Design robust and scalable architectures

  • Contribute to architecture decisions with a strong understanding of trade-offs (performance, cost, scalability, security)

  • Design APIs and services that integrate smoothly within a complex travel ecosystem

  • Apply security-by-design principles to protect customers and business operations

Work with a strong product & data mindset

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align technical decisions with business goals

  • Use data and feedback to validate impact and guide improvements

  • Enable experimentation, iteration and continuous learning

Contribute to engineering excellence

  • Uphold high standards in code quality, testing and documentation

  • Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

  • Help evolve engineering practices, tooling and team maturity

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for engineers who think in systems, care about impact, and take ownership beyond their code.

Your profile:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in at least one modern programming language

  • Experience building and operating production systems

  • Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems and integrations

  • Awareness of performance, scalability and security best practices

  • Comfortable with testing, version control and CI/CD practices

  • Product-oriented mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Strong ownership, autonomy and collaboration skills

  • Good communication in English and French
