Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by theSound
Procuring new clients through direct contact, social media, word-of-mouth, collaboration with team members and other avenues and channels
Suggesting upgrades or added services that would genuinely add value to clients aka up and cross-selling
Crafting pitches and concept notes to convert prospective clients
Presenting the prepared pitches and concept notes to the prospective client
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
Remaining in tune with trends and updates to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
Follow a structured, time-bound and efficient process to coordinate and rally the team in the entire lead nurturing process
Ensure all prospective clients develop a great perception about theSound
Develop street-smart and innovative ways of identifying prospective clients
Have a natural knack of breaking the ice and hyper-personalizing communication with cold prospective clients
Follow up and nurture the prospective client in a timely and proactive manner
Meet weekly and monthly goals of warm leads and client converts consistently
Functional requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Great communication skills and a pleasant personality (as close as possible to being a ray of sunshine)
Capable of approaching problems through a mix of the left and the right brain
Dependable and efficient (this makes a huge difference on how clients perceive you and the company)
Proactive and crazy about driving results (a duh statement but we're reiterating it, just in case)
