Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with clients and their family members, utilizing appropriate materials to continually evaluate client needs and the suitability of available services. • Develop individualized treatment and behavioral plans, overseeing their implementation to ensure effective care. • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of clients, fostering their emotional and behavioral well-being. • Document service delivery meticulously, including treatment goals, progress notes, and billing information. • Utilize a variety of treatment modalities to enhance clients’ emotional stability and functioning. Required Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of direct clinical practice post-licensure. • A Master's degree in a Mental Health field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. • Current licensure/certification as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. • Medicare credentialed. • Ability to complete and pass necessary clearances, including FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check. • Must provide current medical and health documentation, including a physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test, and CPR/First Aid certification.
