Required Skills • Proven clinical nursing experience with a focus on patient education and management. • Strong knowledge of disease states and treatment protocols. • Proficient computer skills and adaptability to evolving tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure. • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to ethical standards. • Initiative in problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles. • Active RN license in Indiana or Kentucky. Qualifications • A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably with relevant disease state expertise. • Experience in nurseline triage, utilization management, or case management is advantageous. • A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
