Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance

We are currently inviting participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our location at 11363 Colorado Blvd, Thornton CO 80233. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program. Compensation and Work Hours • The yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 and $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and target-oriented • Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback • Positive and energetic attitude • Strong desire for personal and professional growth Apply Job!
