Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. Responsibilities • Work closely with the department leads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity • Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule • Check preparation and bank reconciliation Qualifications • Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Bookkeeping skills • Experience with financial reporting • Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance • 0 - 2 years' experience in accounting • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Bilingual Benefits • Semi Annual bonus opportunity • 401(k) up to 4% match • Medical Insurance • Life Insurance • Supplemental cancer policy • PTO Apply Job!
