As the Plumbing Manager, you will oversee our plumbing operations in the Gilbert area, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, coordinating daily field activities and ensuring adherence to all safety and code regulations.
What You'll Do:
? Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians in residential projects.
? Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
? Work closely with other managers and departments to coordinate schedules and resources.
? Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
? Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent service and communication.
? Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
? Manage inventory, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and accounted for.
Required Background:
? C37 or CR37 license is mandatory.
? Extensive experience in residential Plumbing systems.
? Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
