Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Description: • As The Coca-Cola Company’s ambition to provide Beverages for Life continues to become more complex to keep up with changing consumer taste, our supply chain and operations must evolve. • The Manager Supply Chain Optimization is a strategically critical role that aims to use optimization and supply chain modeling. • This position will require development and maintenance of optimization models to assist in understanding capacity and cost savings opportunities across all time horizons. • Lead rolling estimate modeling process utilizing LLamasoft / Coupa’s Supply Chain Guru. • Develop and maintain transition models for key additions / changes to capacity in the NAOU network. • Collect Data, develop and maintain models, and present findings to cross-functional partners. • Train, mentor and coach analysts and interns. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain • 1-5 years of experience in areas like Finance, Supply Chain modeling, logistics, Manufacturing, or network optimization • Experience in consulting is preferred • Experience with Optimization Technologies Preferred (Llamasoft, Supply Chain Strategist, profit point, AIMMS, River Logic, etc.) • Experience with Complex Database Design and Data Transformation and Automation Preferred • Experience with Tableau Visualization, PowerBI Preferred • Integration and Automation of Data Feeds and Sourcing Databases • Project Management Skills and Experience • Presentation Skills (PPT and Oral); Executive Presentation Experience • Optimization and Supply chain concepts; Optimization software • Leadership, Development, and Management Capabilities • Experience in Sales and Operations planning • Experience in at least one supply chain function (manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, or procurement) Benefits: • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Apply Job!
