Job Description Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC. We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter with success in recruiting for production, manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 4-6 months. It could get extended. The ideal candidate will: • have strong stakeholder management skills • be consultative • be based in CST • have recruited for positions in engineering, manufacturing, production & operations Responsibilities include: • Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc. • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics • Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
