The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operations executive with a background in RCM, offshore team management, and performance-driven leadership. REMOTE Chief Operating Officer (RCM Healthcare Billing) Responsibilities • Lead and oversee end-to-end healthcare billing operations • Develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity and cost savings • Set and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to maintain high performance • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute long-term strategic goals • Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and accountability • Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence • Champion customer satisfaction and client retention through streamlined processes • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer regulations, and industry best practices • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing automation and technology solutions • Standardize and document best practices to scale operations effectively REMOTE Chief Operating Officer (RCM Healthcare Billing) Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare billing (COO, VP, or similar) required • Proven experience managing offshore teams required • Experience leading teams of 20+ with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics required • Expertise in process improvement, automation, and technology optimization required #J-18808-Ljbffr Remote About the Company: twiceasnice Recruiting Apply Job!
