- Manage large-scale projects and programs including HVAC replacement, paving, roof replacements, and energy initiatives.
- Redefine and evolve the program's management and governance framework, optimizing operations through innovative strategies.
- Align processes and delivery practices with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and prioritize projects based on critical factors.
- Oversee project budgets, track costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets within the $50 million annual spend.
- Provide oversight in the develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor progress, track key milestones, and manage project risks to ensure timely completion.
- Implement quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead a team of 4-7 project managers responsible for capital infrastructure projects in critical environments.
- Foster a high-performance work environment, promoting professional development and recognizing team accomplishments.
- Identify training needs and implement skill development programs to enhance team expertise.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with operational needs and long-term goals.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations on project status, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
- Lead high-level meetings and steering committees to provide updates and gain approvals for critical decisions.
- Identify potential risks in infrastructure and facilities projects.
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Leverage both Facilities Management (FM) and Project Management (PM) JLL technology platforms.
- Implement and optimize project management methodologies aligned with JLL's best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in program operations and project delivery.
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure and facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or LEED AP.
- Demonstrated experience in managing capital budgets of $50 million or more.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction processes, and facility operations.
- Expertise in developing and implementing program governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with both FM and PM JLL technology platforms.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic planning and report analysis expertise.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
