The assignment could be anywhere from hand assembly, running machinery, warehouse general work or packaging.Responsibilities/The Impact You Will Make in this Role:As a(n) Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Responsibilities:

• Work at various machines or stations assembling product or operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products.
• Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time.
• Fill and process orders for shipment.
• Picking and Packing Orders
• Checking for damaged or missing items

Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Able to work some weekends, overtime, extended hours & holidays as needed.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Desired:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
