They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! If you possess 1+ years of experience and are passionate about helping families build new lives in the United States, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities...  Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices  Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s  Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have;  Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.  At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws  Excellent written/verbal skills  Spanish speaking is a plus Benefits: In addition to competitive salary, the firm offers various benefits including health insurance coverage options through major carriers; dental/vision/life/disability insurances plan also provided along with paid vacation days off on a yearly basis.
