Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-24
Top Performers Only – No Base-Seekers, No Clock-Punchers Are you a driven, polished sales pro who knows how to break through gatekeepers, get decision-makers on the phone, and book real appointments that lead to revenue? We’re a U.S.-based digital marketing agency with 20+ years in the game, looking for an experienced SDR or appointment setter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll be cold calling professional service providers, qualifying them, and booking appointments that lead to real deals—and you get paid on every win. This is a remote, performance-driven role with a base draw to support you, but your income is tied to production. If you can deliver, your earning potential is unmatched. What We Offer: • Pay-per-qualified appointment – Earn every time you deliver a solid opportunity • Commissions on closed deals that come from your appointments • Monthly draw to support consistent income while you ramp up • A proven offer, sales tools, and CRM support – you just need to execute • A strong, experienced team that knows how to close what you bring in • Remote flexibility – U.S. based, work from anywhere with structure and discipline What You’ll Be Doing: • Making 150–200+ cold calls per day to business owners across the U.S. • Navigating gatekeepers and getting to decision-makers • Using proven scripts while sounding confident, natural, and persuasive • Managing your CRM, following up, and owning your metrics • Booking qualified appointments that lead to sales—and getting paid for them You’re a Fit If You: • Have 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling or appointment setting • Speak clearly and confidently with a strong, professional presence • Know how to qualify leads, not just pitch—your appointments show up and convert • Are self-managed, organized, and numbers-driven • Want to be paid based on production, not empty promises or “potential” Not a Fit If You: • Are looking for a high salary without performance • Need extensive hand-holding or ramp time • Struggle with rejection or call reluctance • Can’t consistently work U.S. business hours • Don’t take personal responsibility for your results What Success Looks Like: • Booking 6–10+ high-quality appointments per week • Owning your daily activity and CRM updates • Professional communication with prospects and internal team • Consistent delivery, continuous improvement, and a performance-first mindset How to Apply: If you’re a true sales pro who’s ready to be paid what you’re worth: • Submit your resume Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month Experience: • SDR/Appointment Setter: 3 years (Required) • B2B Sales: 1 year (Required) • Cold calling: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
