Telehealth LCSW!!!

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health counseling to adult individuals via Telehealth. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to work with diverse populations. The LCSW will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, documenting session notes, and facilitating therapeutic interventions. Duties • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy. • Manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients across various settings. • Offer support and counseling to individuals, addressing developmental and emotional challenges. • Experience • A valid MA LCSW license is required/ This job is not open to MA LICSW licensees. • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality in client interactions. • Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is highly desirable.
