Remote Live Chat Support Agent (Flexible Hours) Full-Time / Part-Time
We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
• Guide users through processes, such as product setup, billing, or returns
• Record customer interactions and maintain detailed and accurate logs in the CRM system
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure consistent support
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, and promotions
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably via live chat or in a remote setting
• Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, clarity, tone)
• Fast typing speed with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work calmly under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Qualifications:
