The Marketing Associate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, brochures, and presentations. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. • Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and performance tracking. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools. • Assist in organizing and promoting events or webinars. • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming and creative sessions. • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing department. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their marketing potential. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, content marketing) is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
