Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of finance managers to accomplish complex financial analysis and projects, providing guidance on financial strategy to the executive team
• Develop internal best practices and leverage competitive standards to build world-class finance practices
• Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management, and overall P&L, presenting recommendations to leadership for implementation
• Prepare management reporting, organize business reviews, and drive insights from financial and operational data
• Produce financial projections and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business fundamentals
• Develop and manage systems to support financial operations, partnering with cross-functional teams
• Review procurement applications and financial terms in contracts to ensure efficient capital allocation
• Collaborate with other finance teams, including general ledger, accounts payable, taxation, and more

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or relevant financial analysis in a mid-to-large-scale company, with technology sector experience a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis of large datasets, and data visualization, with advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI
• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment, with experience collaborating across various locations and time zones a plus
