As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales team, guiding customers through our range of products and services, including the latest devices and personalized plans. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using a consultative sales approach to meet and exceed sales targets. Your schedule will include weekends and evenings, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we're also open to training and developing the right candidate. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the tools and coaching needed to excel in this role.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $63,000 per year, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities
