Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including posting roles, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall sales experience
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, sharing best practices across the team and organization
  • Host team calls, meetings, and training sessions to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
  • Attend off-site training sessions and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Support program reporting requirements, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the consumer electronics industry (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
