We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced educators to tutor high school students in Math and English. As a tutor, you will work with small groups of up to 3 students, leading instruction and motivating them to succeed. With no lesson planning or grading required, you can focus on what matters most - teaching and inspiring your students.

Responsibilities:
- Tutor high school students in Math (Pre-Algebra to Calculus) and English (Reading/Writing)
- Supervise, interact with, and motivate students in a small group setting
- Reward students for completed assignments and communicate student needs to the center of education
- Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and Sylvan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3 years minimum teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Availability Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-7:30pm
- Punctuality and reliable transportation are a must
