Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare instructional materials and provide tutoring to students in various subject areas
• Grade and provide testing results using identified scoring techniques
• Monitor students during different phases of the school day and accompany them on field trips
• Distribute and collect testing materials as needed

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement
• Direct deposit of pay is required
• One year trial or probationary period may be required
• Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a related field, or equivalent education
• General experience is defined as progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of an Educational Aide
• Education substitution: 2 years (60 semester hours) of education above high school, or a combination of education and general experience
