We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support our growing team. As a Regional Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, leading a team of recruiters, and fostering strong relationships with operations leaders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6+ Regional Recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team KPIs are met
  • Develop and execute full-lifecycle recruitment strategies across assigned regions or verticals, leveraging expertise in recruitment sources and innovative candidate sourcing methods
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operations leaders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and departmental objectives
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruitment sources, including job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms, to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
  • Ensure compliance with current legal standards and best practices in recruitment, and lead future hiring process optimizations and improvements

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
  • Proven leadership background, with experience driving team performance, coaching, and training team members
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, including job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred
