Remote Pharmacy Technician Opportunity in Florida - Join Our Team!

Bring your skills and passion to CVS Health as a Pharmacy Technician, working from the comfort of your own home in Florida! We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of specialty medication orders.

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your superb communication skills and excellent data entry skills to provide compassionate and genuine care to patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include accurately reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into our computer system, contacting doctor's offices and insurance companies to ensure order accuracy, and answering patient calls to coordinate and process new medication orders.

About the Role:

• Work from home in Florida, with a requirement to live within 75 miles of our Orlando location (9310 Southpark Center Loop, Orlando, FL 32819)
• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Competitive hourly rate of $18.50, with a pay range of $17.00 - $25.65

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician License
• 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy
• 6 months of experience with Windows-Based applications and computer keyboarding skills
• Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift (8-10 hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
• 3 months of experience handling customer needs over the phone
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
