Join Our Team: Order Replenishment Merchandiser - Odessa, TX

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Odessa, TX. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements to merchandising standards
• Manage point of sale advertising, shelf allocation, and product rotation
• Maintain accurate stock inventory levels and manage trade breakage
• Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and shoppers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $23.25 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Physical ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous sales or merchandising experience
