Remote HEDIS Review Nurse Opportunity - Competitive Salary and Benefits

Join CareNational as a HEDIS Review Nurse and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. As a HEDIS Review Nurse, you will play a critical role in coordinating and performing onsite data collection and data entry, with a focus on HEDIS chart abstraction, data collection, and related activities.

Job Summary:

• Conduct complete and accurate medical record reviews of charts collected from provider offices
• Abstract critical data from medical records received via fax, mail, or electronic means for all HEDIS measures
• Work with various patient populations and ensure data accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted state nursing license (R.N. or L.P.N.)
• 4+ years of recent experience in HEDIS data abstraction
• Ability to review and extract significant data from medical records
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical record systems, and HEDIS standards and reporting requirements
• Proficient in MS Office, email, EMR systems, and multiple data management programs
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
