Admissions Operations Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an Admissions Operations Specialist and play a vital role in supporting the Office of Admissions! We offer a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to the success of our institution. As an Admissions Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for manually entering and updating admissions application data, providing clerical assistance in gathering and organizing documents for TITLE IV federal student aid compliance, and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data sorting and V-LookUp functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manually enter and update admissions application data with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clerical assistance in gathering and organizing documents for TITLE IV federal student aid compliance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data sorting and V-LookUp functions to ensure seamless data management.

Essential Skills:

  • 2-3 years of data entry experience with a high level of accuracy.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an office assistant, admin, or clerical support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including V-LookUp and Data Sorting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment:

This is a fully onsite position located in Cheyney, PA. The work environment is a small university office setting with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. This is a contract position from January 15, 2025, to June 27, 2025, with the potential for full-time employment.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
