Associate Director, Proposals and RFI - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Director, Proposals and RFI to join our team at Syneos Health, a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of customer-facing proposals and documentation in support of strategic opportunities, from Request for Information (RFI) to Request for Proposal (RFP) and beyond. You will utilize your strong clinical research and proposal development experience to drive key outcomes for customers, synthesizing complex information and input from various stakeholders and sources into a cohesive strategy, proposal, and price.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customer-facing proposals and documentation in support of strategic opportunities
• Develop differentiated strategic solutions focused on driving key outcomes for customers
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance
• Ensure strategy and pricing alignment across the opportunity life cycle
• Provide project management structure and milestone sequence for subject matter experts to develop content supporting key solutions and messages
• Act as an ambassador for the team and own a function under the leadership of the Director

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent in a business or health-related degree, or equivalent education and experience
• Significant experience in the full clinical service CRO industry, with strong clinical research and proposal development experience
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS)
• Experience working with proposal budgets and contracts in the CRO industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
• Fluency in spoken and written English
