Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
• Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail

Schedule and Training:

Our schedule includes:

• Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Pay: $16.20/hr
• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO available
