- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Knowledge of Sabre or other passenger management systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
