AI Specialist - Swedish Language Skills

Join Amazon's Client Care team as an AI Specialist! This remote, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your strong Swedish language skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored support through phone, chat, and email. No prior customer service experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!

What you'll do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, from product questions to account management.
• Utilize various tools to research, analyze, and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Swedish and English.
• Work flexible shifts (day and night) to meet customer needs, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

What we're looking for:

• Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating online systems.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access (wired Ethernet connection).
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the UK.
