Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs seamlessly, enabling our team to deliver exceptional care.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office Management function.
- Manage office operations, including building upkeep, hardware, and workspace wellness.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
- Respond to inquiries and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and review expense reports and purchase orders.
- Support onboarding and HR processes.
- Maintain organized physical and digital files.
- Assist with presentations, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and coordinate office events.
- Proactively identify process improvements.
- Serve as a resource for administrative systems and processes.
- Manage schedules and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Maintain records and follow up on pending items.
- Draft correspondence for supervisor approval.
- Participate in a supportive administrative network.
- Perform office gathering duties, including welcoming visitors.
What You'll Bring:
- Reside in the Oklahoma City area.
- Strong administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent computer skills, including keyboarding and navigating multiple systems.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Oklahoma (up to 10% of the time).
