Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success
  • Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients and expert in our offerings
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaign leads and ensure client satisfaction
  • Creating and coordinating account documentation, including reports and recommendations
  • Driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, and communication

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Comfort with using software such as MS Office, CRM, and custom-built systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong empathy for customers and their success
