Job Summary:
As a Client Success Manager, you will take on a strategic mindset to work with our restaurant clients, growing and optimizing their businesses through Tarro technology. You will build and maintain strong relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our Sales, Services, and Product Management teams, you will provide a seamless post-sales experience and advocate for clients internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, driving product adoption and client satisfaction
- Take ownership of accounts, managing onboarding and serving as the main point of contact between clients and the Tarro team
- Strategize with clients to connect their business goals and challenges with Tarro products and services
- Stay in touch with clients to ensure they're realizing the full potential of Tarro products and services
- Ensure critical issues are well-documented and properly escalated for resolution
- Serve as the voice of the client, evaluating and providing customer recommendations to internal teams for product/service improvements
- Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance client support quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in English
- Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic client portfolio
- Creative problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles with a high-growth B2B business
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems, with the ability to translate technically detailed processes into layman's terms
