• *Position Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Virtual Assistant with real-world experience in documenting business processes. Your main responsibility will be to write clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of business tasks. Formal education is not required—what matters most is your ability to break down complex tasks into easy-to-follow instructions.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with team members to understand and document business workflows.
- Write, format, and update SOPs for different business functions (e.g., claims filing, customer service).
- Ensure all SOPs are clear, step-by-step, and easy to follow.
- Maintain and update SOP documentation as processes change.
• *Requirements:**
- Experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative/support role.
- Proven experience writing SOPs, process guides, or step-by-step instructions.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with common office software.
