What You’ll Do (KPIs & Responsibilities) • Run inbound sales calls from ad-driven leads. • Manage your own demo scheduling, preparation, and presentation. • Execute structured follow-up sequences until close. • Maintain a minimum close rate of 35% on qualified calls. • Keep CRM updated, track metrics, and forecast accurately. • Represent our mission with integrity, enthusiasm, and excellence. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • 35%+ Close Rate (baseline expectation). • Weekly Sales Activity: 10–15 calls per week. • Daily Follow-Ups: Same-day responses to all leads in your pipeline. • Revenue Generated: Consistently close $20K–$30K in deals per month. • Consistency: Hit monthly OTE targets of $10K+ commissions earned.
